Distinguished 2017-18 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduates,I wholeheartedly extend sincere congratulations, both personally and on behalf of our academic and administrative staff members, on your successful completion of the university study, which is the first step you take into professional life.
Since the university's establishment in 1979, we have been spending our best efforts in bringing up qualified professionals well-equipped with academic and social skills. In line with our 'human-centered' educational and research mission, not only we train our students to reach information in the fastest way possible, but we also equip them with skills and qualities to analyse, modify and use it in the best way possible. Beyond all these skills and qualities, our students master how to use the existing information to 'produce new information'.
Towards fulfilling the said mission, we pay special attention to develop and renew our technological infrastructure, update our academic programs with the contributions of our multi-national faculty members, and provide better learning environments for our students.
Our students' and graduates' support plays an important role in our path towards fulfilling our targets. In this respect, your achievements in your careers will further elevate our university's reputation and contribute to its appearance at higher ranks amongst the world's best universities.

cocktail. Appropriate dress code is expected during the cocktail.
